Fourth of July 2017 Weekend in Sonoma County

It's time to officially kick off the summer with a four day weekend! Following are events happening around Sonoma County. Lots of live entertainment and things going boom.

Friday

Cloverdale - Evening. Friday Night Live on the plaza. Food and drink available.
Glen Ellen - Evening. Transcendence Theatre Company at Jack London State Park
Kenwood - Evening. Funky Fridays live music at the Hood House in Sonoma Valley

Saturday

Dry Creek Valley - Daytime. All American Zin Day. Food and wine from several wineries
Glen Ellen - Evening. Transcendence Theatre Company at Jack London State Park
Guerneville - Evening fireworks
Santa Rosa - Afternoon. Music and dancing at Montgomery Village shopping center. Food and drink available.

Sunday

Bodega Bay - Evening fireworks
Glen Ellen - Evening. Transcendence Theatre Company at Jack London State Park
Monte Rio - Afternoon/evening. Games then fireworks
Penngrove - All day. If you want a really small town parade (followed by a BBQ)
Santa Rosa - Afternoon. Music and dancing at Montgomery Village. Food and drink available
Santa Rosa - Late afternoon. Live music at Julliard Park

Monday

Monte Rio - Afternoon/evening, games, parade, then fireworks
Sebastopol - Evening fireworks at Analy High School (admission fee)
Windsor - Afternoon and evening. Music, food, fireworks.

Tuesday

On the Fourth of July holiday many winery tasting rooms will be closed or closing early. If you have plans to visit this day call ahead to see who is open.
 
Cloverdale - Evening. Fireworks
Healdsburg - Morning, Kids Parade, Evening is fireworks at the high school
Kenwood - Morning/afternoon, Footrace, parade, music, food, drinks, games
Rohnert Park - Evening. Santa Rosa Symphony and fireworks at the Green Music Center (admission fee)
Sonoma - All day. The day starts with a parade and ends with fireworks. In between you could attend the Sonoma Stompers minor league baseball game. The biggest, most fun, and most crowded event of the weekend.
Santa Rosa - Fireworks at the fairgrounds. The biggest display in the county (admission fee, but you can watch from nearby streets and parking areas for free)
