A Few Inexpensive Sonoma County Wines

You'll rarely find ten dollar stuff coming from expensive Sonoma County grapes. Those California wines come from the San Joaquin Valley grapes. Most of the wines listed below will be $20-$30. I consider this price to be a good deal for the quality you're getting. You'll often find them for less than the winery's suggested retail.

In Sonoma County, it's easy to find Sauvignon Blanc or Rosé for $20 or less; it's nearly impossible to find Pinot Noir for under $45.

Saw this for sale locally for $17
Don't know anything about it

I haven't tried many of these wines. This is based on previous vintages, wines I've had from a winery before, on other reviews, and my first-hand knowledge of wineries, winemakers, and vineyards. But even if I'd sampled every one of these and liked them, that doesn't mean you would. It's always a bit of an educated guess when buying wine, huh?

I'm not looking at specific vintages, but I will say the 2019 reds look particularly good. The few 2020s I've had are also nice. As far as I know, these wines get distributed, so you have a chance of finding them at the local wine shop.
