What Wine to Leave for Santa

Santa Claus has got a very long night ahead of him. Sure, you might put out some cookies, but what about something to wash down those sugary baked goods?

If you're leaving shortbread or other buttery cookies leave him a glass of Chardonnay. A cool room temp is just fine for a good Chard.

If it's chocolate chip cookies (Santa's favorite) leave him a nice, fruity Zinfandel.

If you are leaving traditional gingerbread cookies he would appreciate a top-notch slightly sweet Riesling.

If you're putting out oatmeal cookies give the guy a Cabernet or Syrah.

If you happen to live near the end of his route leave a robust glass of Port to finish off his evening. Who doesn't like finishing off their night with some Port?
