There are many wineries that may have a bubbly or two available. This list is of wineries that specialize in sparkling wine. Some require reservations so check before going.

Korbel

Amista, Healdsburg (Dry Creek Valley)
They make several Syrahs and other Rhone varietals, but their emphasis is on sparkling wines. A nice, casual spot.

Breathless, Healdsburg (in town)
Three sisters who love bubbles and were smart enough to hire an excellent sparkling winemaker. Fun wines and a fun experience.

Korbel, Guerneville (Russian River Valley)
Historic, nice grounds, free tours and tastings, a great deli.

Gloria Ferrer, Sonoma (Carneros)
Patio tastings with views and food, guided tours available.

Iron Horse, Sebastopol (Green Valley)
Casual tasting of top-notch sparklers.

J, Healdsburg (Russian River Valley)
Sparkling is their specialty, but they offer some nice still wines, also. Beautiful, but casual, tasting room.
