People are stereotyped by where they live (hello Texas and NYC) and Sonoma County is no different. Here's a look at the people of Sonoma County.

- We love living here, even though it's so expensive, and we hate the traffic.
- We drink a lot of craft beer. Yes, even winery people. Especially the cellar staff.
- We're wine snobs, too, I guess, because it seems normal pulling out a $45 bottle for burger night.
- There are still hippies around. Sonoma County was big with the hippie movement in the 70s. Along with the hippies, there are ranchers, high-tech workers, and a large gay community. A lot of people work in the hospitality industry and help make your visit so great.
- It's laid back. Dress is strictly casual.
- We know we have some of the best weather anywhere, therefore spend a lot of time outdoors.
- We are happy that we're not Napa, so don't call it Napa, we're Sonoma!
