Always Wanted to Own a Vineyard?

Okay, let's say you're rich and want to be a discerning farmer. How about a fancy house and fancy vineyards? This is what a lot of people dream of, and why not? These aren't inexpensive. All are in Napa or Sonoma County. Wine Country livin' for the rich and maybe famous.

Upvalley Napa in the prestigious Diamond Mountain area known for Cabernet sits this estate with a guest house, vineyards, and views. $8.75m

This one near the always trendy St. Helena in Napa has an actual winery and goes for an astonishing $35m so I gave you two pictures.

This sizable vineyard of Pinot Noir and Sangiovese is situated near Healdsburg. Since it's in Sonoma County instead of Napa it goes for only $5.35m.

Don't want to be a farmer? Here's a little estate without the hassle of vineyards located just north of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. I'm going to guess they're leaving because this is prime wildfire territory. This one does give you indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a spa, an extra apartment, and a bunch of other stuff somebody else will have to clean and maintain. $8.5m.

I know, it's difficult to know which one to jump on.

Most of the info and photos from various real estate sites: Christie's, Joel Goodrich, Sotherby's
