Foley Family Wines

Foley gets Sonoma Coast Vineyards, Cosentino (brand only, no brick & mortar or vineyards), Swanson, and a couple lower end brands.
Adair Wine Inc
Based in Texas, they've only been around for 1-1/2 years. Don't know anything about the company. Best I can tell there is no wine business experience in the company officers, which looks to be family and friends of the billionaire CEO. We'll see where this goes.
Whoever they are they got quite a haul including Clos Pegase and Girard in Napa plus B.R. Cohn, Kunde, and Viansa in Sonoma.
Six other companies and individuals took the remaining pieces.
